“Ciao, Bella!” I telephone vociferation upward to Flora too give her a quick osculation on the forehead.
“You are my joy,” she says. “Bless you.’
“You are too thence beautiful,” I reply.
I commence giving them gentle cervix massages—always quest their permission.
“Heaven has arrived,” beams Jane.
“Ah, you’re good. Are you lot a professional?” asks Gloria every bit she settles contentedly into her chair.
“You convey skilful hands,” says Sue. “Thank you.”
I greet Joyce too her constant companion, Gus, a picayune stuffed animal. “Woof,” I say. “Gus is looking real happy today.” Joyce agrees, pleased.
I give Phyllis a caput hug. In all the years I convey known her, I convey never heard her phonation inwards conversation—instead coos too murmurs. But when nosotros sing, her phonation is loud too clear (she was a quondam conductor of a small-scale orchestra) too she sways to the music too laughs.
Then I view Evelyn, who is approaching her 104th birthday too yet completely engaged too animated amongst life.
And roughly the tabular array I go, their happiness increased past times the smiles on each other’s faces,
What wonderful women they are. In the companionship of such joy, who wouldn’t experience rested too revitalized?
